Terms & Conditions: Eloïse Beauty Vault Disclaimer and Appointment Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure a professional and smooth experience for all clients, please take note of the following policies:

 

1. Booking Fee

  • A non-refundable booking fee of 40% for any of the Beauty Vault services will secure your booking - no fee, no booking.

  • Rescheduling is permitted only once and must be supported by a valid reason to not lose your booking fee.

  • Further rescheduling will require a new booking fee to secure your spot.

 

2. Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Late arrivals affect all following appointments and if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • In such cases, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to rebook. Unless its serious circumstances beyond your control.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is permitted only once and must be supported by a valid reason.

  • Further rescheduling will require a new booking fee to secure your spot.

​

4. No-Shows & Repeat Offenders

  • No-shows automatically forfeit their booking fee.

  • Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions from booking with us in the future.

5. Solo Appointments Only

  • To maintain a calm, hygienic, and focused environment, only the client receiving treatment is allowed in the treatment room.

  • Friends, family, partners, or children may not accompany you to your appointment.
