            Third Quarter:  14 - 25 September 2026

Eloïse International Academy is internationally accredited by Course Accreditation UK, a global organisation that accredits training and service providers across multiple industries.

Course Accreditation UK operates under frameworks regulated by Ofqual (The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) in the United Kingdom. This ensures that our training meets recognised UK quality standards and provides a comprehensive, professional, and insurable education recognised worldwide.

This accreditation applies to selected courses within our curriculum, including Makeup Courses, Permanent Makeup Courses, and Eyelash Extension Courses. Certification is awarded to students who successfully complete the accredited programmes.

Through this accreditation, Eloïse International Academy demonstrates its commitment to delivering education that meets international standards of quality, safety, and professional practice.

CPD Accreditation

Eloïse International Academy is an accredited training provider with the CPD Index, enabling students to earn official CPD Points for selected courses in Makeup, Permanent Makeup and Eyelash Extensions.

This accreditation confirms that our training aligns with international Continuing Professional Development (CPD) standards, ensuring measurable learning outcomes, verified quality, and global recognition.

Students can verify the accreditation status of their chosen course, track the CPD Points awarded, and confirm the authenticity of their certificates. This process safeguards against outdated credentials and provides assurance of educational value and professional relevance.

Certification with CPD Points is issued for selected accredited courses only, providing clear evidence of recognised professional training within the beauty and aesthetics industry.

Eloïse International Academy – Student Policies & Terms

By enrolling in our internationally accredited courses, students agree to abide by the following terms and policies.

These ensure a professional, hygienic, and focused learning environment for all.

1. Accreditation & Certification

  • We are an internationally accredited academy, offering qualifications recognised abroad.

  • Please note: While our training is world-class, we are not responsible for providing clients or employment opportunities after course completion. Graduates are responsible for building their own professional careers.

2. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals disrupt learning and may result in exclusion from the session.

  • Missed classes will not be repeated or refunded. Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons to complete their training.

​

3. Mobile Phone Policy

  • No mobile phones are permitted during class sessions, except for taking approved photos or TikToks for course-related purposes.

  • Phones must remain on silent mode during lessons.

​

4. Hygiene & Sanitation

  • Sanitation is a non-negotiable priority. Students must sanitize and disinfect tools before and after every practical session.

  • Tools, brushes and products must always be properly cleaned.

  • Failure to follow hygiene protocols may result in disciplinary action.

​

5. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward instructors, models and classmates at all times.

  • Solo attendance is required friends, family or children may not accompany students to class.

  • Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may lead to suspension or termination of training.

​

6. Final Policies

  • Once enrolment is confirmed, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Training is conducted at our academy premises: 101 Selbourne Street, Windsor Park, Kraaifontein.

 

7. Certification

Certificates will only be issued upon:

  • Attendance of scheduled classes. 

  • Settlement of all course fees in full. 

  • Successful completion of assessments.

  • Certification is not guaranteed. Students must achieve a minimum pass rate of 85% in all practical examinations to qualify for accreditation.

  • Students who do not meet the minimum requirements may receive additional guidance and a 2nd chance to do their practical exams over again, but no refunds or automatic certification will be provided.
